Description

This PR updates the following:

tab card background color to window background color
favicon corner radius to 4dp
increase the close button touch area to 44x44dp
change the close tab icon for to close-16

Steps to test this PR

Verify that the correct color of the background is used
Verify that the favicon corner radius is correct
Verify the touch area goes beyond the close button
