Automatically create daily MongoDB backups in Kubernetes.

Configuration options:

• MONGO_HOST - service host
• MONGO_DB - (optional). Omitting this environment variable will result in the backup of all databases
• BACKUPS_GS_BUCKET target Google Cloud storage bucket for backups
