Otherwise the arduino IDE won't allow the project to be built. Additionally, this also cleans up the sent data.

Lightly modifies the Arduino code to make data easier to parse. And adds the necessary bits to read from a serial port in C#.
I had to move the Arduino project into a folder named photo because the IDE refused to compile otherwise. 😱
@rkronebusch can you have a look and try this in your machine? I think this should be a good way to get started. You may need to change the port name.
