This is a sort of brute-force workaround to avoid #153. Likely not up to the standard of fprettify but 'works-for-me'.

Resolves #153 and #168. The solution proposed in #168 seems much nicer though.

Implement nicer fix from fortran-lang#168 and switch to previous test framework for
older Python versions.
