Build client part using napalm and fetch dependencies for the server part using C4.
Docker image has been requested for ages so let’s add it.

This is a mess, had to write my own Composer to Nix translator, am abusing NixOS module system greatly to generate Apache configuration but it still beats mucking with Dockerfiles IMO.
Apache still does not like the user it is running under – not sure why.
