Adds possibility to use Extralite::Database instead of SQLite3::Database for the raw_connection by passing client: extralite in the database config.

Tests can be run in extralite mode via the EXTRALITE=true ENV var.

Feels kind of hacky with the monkey patching going on but seems to work fine 😅
