This commit adds a port of sqlite3 and its corresponding speedtest that serves as test-vehicle. Issue genodelabs#412.
For the moment rely on the run-script to test sqlite3 port. Eventually 'goa run' should be used for this step. Issue genodelabs#412.
Running the 'chrony' test on base-hw exhibits the following execption: Warning: unresolvable exception: pd='init -> chrony_daemon', thread='ep', ip=0x120d6ca The backtrace tool points to gnutls (_lib/accelerated/x86/elf/sha512-ssse3-x86_64.s_). Disabling hardware acceleration omits compiling the implementation and w/o it the exception no longer occurs. Issue genodelabs#412.
