Add Deloitte custom class materials

I taught customized Python 1 and 2 series' for the Deloitte WinC (women in computing) in late 2022 and early 2023, so adding those materials as separate classes. These were based on the standard curriculum, but adjusted for the interests of that group.

Changes include:

Python 1

• Added a wrap up project (pizza order exercise)
• Changed/removed some exercises due to time constraints

Python 2

• Changed/removed some exercises due to time constraints
• Added Requests module & working with REST APIs
• Added frameworks intro & Django web app project
• Remove object oriented and higher order functions topics

Thanks for opening this PR @lizkrznarich! I was offline hosting a conference after you and I met last week and have been catching up on some prep for March events this week. I am taking a look at this next week.
