FYI: Just for clarity, the project was already licensed via Apache by this line: Documenting this for the future to avoid any confusion with the phrase "upgraded Apache 2.0 License". |

Yes, that is a good point, I added the license file and text to get the the "License" tab next to the "README"; Not to change the license |
