… namespace - Updated `config/cache.php` to use `CACHE_DRIVER` instead of `CACHE_STORE` for consistency with Laravel defaults. - Added `Database\Seeders` namespace to `DevDatabaseSeeder` to fix BindingResolutionException during database seeding.
