Pre-Requisites:

1. VTK 6.0.1
2. Visual studio professional/express edition
3. Some custom proprietary libraries.

I have created this sample to prototype MPR plugin in my official project. This sample is dependent on few proprietary DICOM & some other libraries.

At this point, I don't have plans to port these to platform independent libraries like GDCM etc..
