…t while installing Seafile CE. This basically just documents what I did to make the installation work.
Merge branch 'python-venv-on-deb12' of github.com:crowtrobot/seafile-admin-docs into python-venv-on-deb12
Had the wrong packages in the pip command. Looks like I coped from the seafile 10 steps instead of the seafile 11 steps.

Added some sections to the "Installation with MySQL" and "Start Seafile at System Bootup" sections to cover creating a python virtual environment, and setting up the systemd units to start seafile with that venv.
Goes with issue #236
