Fixed bugs in OTP and email verify templates. Changed JPG images to PNG to account to autotranslation to dark mode in few email clients. Changes made were tested on Gmail android, iOS, Chrome(web), Firefox(web) and Apple mail

Added the notification view for project published that gets triggered on
/transitionroute. Currently gets triggered when a project gets published and withdrawn. The pinned update macro also needs to be incorporated. And a bug fix in Windows mail.
