Lock rotation option for Android

Issue:

• From user experience rotating image can be not comfortable while cropping an image

Solution:

• added lockGestureRotation boolean to be able to modify from Flutter

nice feature, when to get it in the main branch for all the platforms ?
Its almost impossible to not rotate the image when the user only wants to zoom in...
