Added color-scheme-file for Jetbrains IDEs

I added a color-scheme-file of the Smyck-Color-Scheme for all Jetbrains IDEs like PHPStorm, PyCharm or IntelliJ IDEA.

Gave this a try in PHPStorm. Looks like there are a few languages missing. Happy to provide the configuration for those languages if you want!

mkdir colors
cp Smyck-Jetbrains.xml colors
jar cfM Smyck.jar colors

Import jar as settings

@krokofant the colors look "broken" to me in the current IntelliJ - which version are you using?

@james-woods I think I experienced something similar. I went back to the default Dracula.
