enabling to send serial commands to the attached devices
default of 8 is not enough, needs 9 to work
and also remove not used html

Hello,
this adds the function to send a serial command to the attached RTK module.
So you can change the configuration with the web ui if needed! Before this i needed to climb to the unit and attach a cable, now it works all out of the web ui :-)
I tested this on my ESP32 and um980 setup compiled with ESP-IDF: v5.4 and it looks like everything is ok, but more testing would be highly appreciated!
