Adapt qat to support f-stack user space network development kit.
The compilation method is as follows:

mkdir -p /opt/workspace/f-stack
git clone https://github.com/F-Stack/f-stack.git /opt/workspace/f-stack
./configure --with-qat_hw_dir=/opt/workspace/QAT --with-fstack_dir=/opt/workspace/f-stack --with-openssl_install_dir=/usr/local/ssl

How to use f-stack please read the readme.

Migrate the nginx adapted by f-stack to asynch_mode_nginx.
The nginx path adapted by f-stack is at https://github.com/F-Stack/f-stack/tree/dev/app/nginx-1.25.2.

Hi @venkatesh6911 Due to limited hardware conditions and multiple encryption algorithms, the test is not very comprehensive. In addition, we have other businesses on nginx, so we tested more than just nginx. However, the test results are improved.
