Fixes ipython-contrib#1331 and shortcut will default to Ctrl-Shift-Z. Unfortunately, the Emacs way of doing it (Ctrl-g Ctrl-Shift-Minus) isn't possible with CodeMirror since Ctrl-g can't be used as a prefix.
