this adds conditional derivation of `defmt::Format` to a set of simple types on the server side, such es error enums. More types could probably be supported without much extra work. The dependency is unchanged at defmt-0.3, even though defmt 1.0 is released by now. The older version is also used by `postcard-schema`.
