Merge master into MG_DU branch to fix CI builds #50

As libopeninv now has unit tests remove the duplicates. Update the Makefile and Code::Blocks project to reference the new libopeninv tests and add missing files. Update the GitHub Action workflow to run both sets of tests.
Fix CI builds for MG_DU by merging in changes from the master branch. Some manual merging of the test/Makefile and sinus.cbp project files were required. Tests: - Build and run unit tests locally from the shell - Build and run unit tests from Code::Blocks
