Various providers in this repo already use
manager.Optionsinstead ofmcmanger.Optionsas they are the same type.This PR changes
mcmanager.Optionsto be a distinct type, embeddingmanager.Options.I am unsure if it was intended that
mcmanger.Optionsis just an alias formanager.Options- every other type alias I've found specifies a generic type.
