Update [email protected] group membership with new election officers

This PR updates the membership of the [email protected] Google Group to reflect the current Kubernetes election officers.

Changes Made

• Replaced [email protected] with [email protected]
• Replaced [email protected] with [email protected]
• Retained [email protected] as an existing owner

Details

The changes are made specifically to the [email protected] group definition in /groups/committee-steering/groups.yaml. This group is used by the Kubernetes Elections Officers to manage election processes and communications.

The update maintains the same group settings and permissions while transitioning ownership to the new election officers. No other group memberships for these individuals were modified as part of this change.

Testing

• All existing tests pass successfully
• No breaking changes to group configuration
• Minimal diff with only the necessary ownership changes

This change will be automatically deployed by the post-k8sio-groups job when the PR merges.
