8.5 is not available in CI yet so this is premature unfortunately

A re-run of all jobs reveals a problem with PHP 8.5: laminas-stdlib must be updated first.

An update of laminas/laminas-stdlib was released which supports PHP 8.5: https://github.com/laminas/laminas-stdlib/releases/tag/3.21.0

I noticed one test fails with PHP 8.5. I'm looking into it. I'll provide further details in there.
