This PR just updates the transitive dependencies of the NPM packages we use to ensure they are up to date. The simplest way to do this was to just to wipe the
yarn.lockfile and letyarnrecreate it using the updated minor/patch versions.The tweak to the
tsconfig.jsonfile is required to resolve anminimatcherror when runningyarn build.
