libevent-dev libsnappy-dev are to keep for runtime dependencies of moxi and memcached. Recently had a deeper dive with the vendor into couchbase deployed on s390x system.
moxi and memcached fail to start complaining on missing libevent and libstappy so moodules. The patch is to install them in the container. The fix is not to apt-get remove them when building the original container image.
