Just tested and yes the previous and next page titles are now showing - there will almost certainly need developers to update CSS for these to display as required. |

Tested on a fresh install using Scarfolk theme and the titles appear as expected |

How to test
Currently step titles are not on the prev/next steps. With this PR, you should see them.
Have we considered potential risks?
Some sites might not want step titles.
