After years in human resources and international experience across the United States, Australia, and New Zealand, four years ago I embarked on a transition into programming that has proven to be the most rewarding choice of my career.
For the past 2 years, I've been working as a developer at Sparkfabrik, where I handle full stack projects using modern technologies like React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Java. I work on both frontend and backend, developing solutions for enterprise clients.
My experience in human resources taught me the importance of understanding people, their needs, and the processes that make work efficient. Today I apply this mindset to code, always striving to write software that is not only functional and well written, but also intuitive for those who use it.
In recent months, I've become particularly interested in functional programming and Effect TS, finding them elegant approaches to solving complex problems and managing code complexity.
Coming from a non technical background, I've developed a strong passion for the theoretical foundations of computer science.
- Operating systems and low level architectures
- Network protocols and cybersecurity
- Lambda calculus and functional programming theory
- Linux and macOS environments for development and automation
I also participated in several workshops organized by my company to deepen my understanding of AI, from how it works to how integration in modern development workflows.
This curiosity about all aspects of computer science, from theory to practice, allows me to have an increasingly comprehensive view of the tech industry.
