feat: add deployment & configuration sections

Summary

• Fixed sidebars formatting
• Added a Deployment section and a deployment overview page
• Added a Configuration section and a configuration overview page

Test Plan

cd docusaurus
docker compose up -d --force-recreate --build

Open the browser, access the localhost:3000 and go to the next version. Navigate through the sidebar pages.

• This change is backwards-breaking

Text is good, only question is about the transition to static listed sidebars, but as discussed through the DM is also good. Only need to cover the needed list update in CI checks.
