Added functions to check slide output completion and filter slides based on existing outputs. Implemented cleanup for stale lock files and cache items.
Refactored slide collection and processing logic to improve efficiency by reducing redundant calls and using a single collection of valid slides.
Added a completion marker file creation and a wait mechanism for cache completion in batch processing.
Updated the loading mechanism for the GigaPath slide encoder to check for local weights first before downloading from Hugging Face Hub.
