True async

Description

Adding memories now is non blocking. It will return the input text, and then cut it up to facts in the background.
The UI will show it as processing, and it reprocesses any stuck processing on startup.
I started by having a switch to choose between async and sync, but I can't think of why you'd want to do this sync.
