Nice job adding this so quickly! If this is based on Stephanie Goya & consortium's recent work, then I think "Pango" is a misnomer, though I see the need for a concise name. Stephanie's document says "RSV Genotyping Consensus Consortium" so maybe abbreviate to RSVGCC? And/or ask Stephanie? Also, this includes some changes to flu/Snakefile which are probably intended for a different PR? builds.yaml has new params excel_path and excel_sheet but I don't see where those params are used or where the new excel-to-clades.py script is called (just curious 🙂). |
