Added numeric singularity mitigation to handle propagator singularities detected during solver generation.
When symbolic conditions like parameter equalities are found, the system now creates numeric branch propagators automatically.
Includes new module singularity_analysis_mitigation.py, integration in SystemOfShapes.generate_propagator_solver(), and a corresponding test test_analysis_mitigation.py.
