Notable Changes
This update adds functionality to the
nf-iridanextplugin to allow for manual loading of sample IDs in addition to automatic detection. Certain Nextflow workflow design patterns require the ability to load these IDs manually, otherwise these IDs are unknown to the plugin, and the automatic generation of certain IRIDA Next-required files cannot be completed.Additional test cases and documentation have also been added.
