Add map

This is a prototype of how 404 map could look like.

Very basic web page that depends on leaflet.js, OpenStreeMaps. and uses geojson standard.

I wanted to check-it out how it looks, so I pushed this to my fork and then to GH Pages: https://2m.lt/404.notrollsallowed.com/map/

You can also do the same on your fork. Will be easier for ppl to come up with review comments. :)
