I had done some work on the side to create github actions that will generate accessible versions of the presentations (pdf's)
deploy-presentations.ymland also auto-publish the decks via the github actionsgenerate-pdfs.yml.These mostly work but was having some issues with the GitHub Pages deployment.
I doubt I'll do any more work but sharing here if you think it's helpful.
