Changes

nfs/metrics.yaml: nfs.server.net.count: add missing network.transport attribute

This makes it equivalent to nfs.server.net.count. See: https://android.googlesource.com/kernel/common/+/11a083724be9/net/sunrpc/stats.c#39

Implementation open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib#40134 not merged yet, so no breaking changes.

It's not technically breaking since the implementation isn't merged but I think a changelog would still make sense.

Added .chloggen/nfs-servernetcount-add-attribute.yaml:
98d05ed..9f0ae69 nfs-servernetcount-add-attribute -> nfs-servernetcount-add-attribute
