TL;DR the liquidity restriction tests introduced as part of #377/#401 must also be prepared to accept success as paritytech/polkadot-sdk#8108 makes its way to live runtimes, and the
balances.LiquidityRestrictionserror some actions were incorrectly raising is fixed.
