This is a reference PR for a datatable abstraction to be considered as part of the analytics page refactor away from Table and TableContainer to an approach implementing Paragons datatable component.
The abstraction is a v1 attempt to create a generalized abstraction for Datatables. This implementation is currently heavily skewed towards the implementation of the learner progress report table with data sourced from the analytics API.
There may be bugs present but the general structure for an abstraction is laid out to be iterated upon.
Some inspiration came from the Allocation table for budget redemption and its dependent hook (src)
