Initial set of docs for OSG 25:

  • Add OSG 25 to tables/example commands that currently mention OSG 24/23
  • Add skeleton documents for OSG 25 news and upgrade instructions
  • Re-order lists from 23 -> 24 to 25 -> 24 -> 23
  • Re-order lists from EL8 -> EL9 to EL10 -> EL9 -> EL8
  • Remove "Where are the OSG 24 containers?" Admonitions
  • Remove lingering EL7 references

Can you make a separate PR that's just the new docs (osg-25.md and updating-to-osg-25.md) and not in the index? We can merge that and then put our update instructions into that doc as we go along.
