Two buttons are added to the dashboard to import and export task configurations.
The Export button downloads a JSON file with all the tasks listed.
The import button uploads a .json file which should be similar to the exported JSON schema.
There are more validations required and also need to handle edge-scenarios. For now, I have implemented a happy path which would enable the user to export the configurations and can import the same file to a new instance of pa11y to get the configurations copied.
