Implement SDL_GetPenDeviceType() for Android libsdl-org/SDL#13264 and libsdl-org/SDL@4ece699
- for I wanted help with an issue involving my graphics tablet in the game osu#32868 (only framework changes required)
Add hint for blocking win key when using raw keyboard libsdl-org/SDL#13066
- for SDL3: Enable raw keyboard on Windows osu-framework#6507 (osu! side changes also required)
[Windows] Report raw absolute mouse input as pen events when SDL_HINT_PEN_MOUSE_EVENTS is disabled libsdl-org/SDL#12329
- for SDL3: external tablet driver bug with high precision mouse enabled osu#28223 (should be fixed with no framework or osu! changes)
