Looks amazing. Here's a few suggestions:

The initial playbook output doesn't seem consistent with the rest now:

• extra blank line
• different header styling than roles

playbooks are always reported as successful even with a failing task:

• The summary of tasks output is strange too. It just says "default" with no context. I'd expect "Playbook completed" first, then the task summary?
• skipped tasks: maybe use - instead of →, or just a ascii dot
