So inspiring!
I have a bunch of fiddly suggestions, and a couple of sections that I suggest rearranging for flow and logic. Other than that, only two main changes I suggest, 1) I think the title could be a bit different (see my comments), and 2) I think it could benefit from a introductory paragraph, assuming this is going to be a series of posts! See what you think of my suggestion.
- post follows Content Guidelines
- post follows Style Guide
- title is in Title Case
- publication date is ok
- alternative text of images is informative -> Needs translation
- author metadata is provided with correct folder name
- html not included in pull request of Rmd post
- I ran
roblog::ro_lint_md()
on index.md - I ran
roblog::ro_check_urls()
on index.md - I ran a spell-check on index.md
- YAML subject tags are ok ("tech notes" for tech notes; "community" for non-staff non-editor)
- YAML field 'editor' is filled with your name
- YAML field 'translator' is filled as needed
- YAML field 'preface' is present if necessary
- YAML field 'params.doi' is filled with a new DOI

I'm not really sure about the title. There doesn't seem to be much about teaching in the post... to me, the title seems to imply that Carolina is learning to teach through the program? But that's not really mentioned in the blog post.
What about "Carolina Pradier, Champion at Increasing the Impact"? That was one of her goals that resonated with me a lot in the post.

In the Stars interviews, the interviewees are also authors. Is that something you'd like to do here too?

In the Star, not all of them are authors. We asked some of them to suggest changes to the text and translate it into their native language. I don't remember if, after the fact, we added all of them as authors.
However, I do like the Champions as authors if they agree. They review everything before we publish.

I think my master's program is usually translated to English as "Labour studies". Also, I don't hava a PhD, I'm a PhD candidate

The quote sounds a bit repetitive, maybe "felt great"?
