This will hopefully fix the build - Python 2.6 is not supported on newer OS in Travis

This change makes Travis use an older version of Ubuntu - 14 Trusty Tahr.
This fixes the Travis build - Python 2.6 is not supported on newer versions of Ubuntu in Travis
