LitElement static property obj declaration

Added support so that LitElement flavor can detect properties declared as an static object (not using getter). Example:

static properties = {
    myProp: {
      type: Object,
      attribute: 'myProp',
    },
  };

Also added tests to ensure this is working accordingly
