The `libvirglrenderer` dependency is switched from using the host system's Debian package to building a specific version (1.2.0) from source. This change is necessary to ensure compatibility and provide the required header constants (such as VIRGL_LOG_LEVEL_SILENT) that is missing in older distribution package, resolving build failures encountered in CI environments.
