  • rework extension to be an optional component of the bazel-vscode extension.
  • Added flake.nix to simplify java development (if enabled)
  • removed any bazel specific functionality since it now exists as part of the bazel-vscode extension.
  • updated sync operation to only trigger a java sync if this extension is installed.
