We've been advised to do this by MS.
Unit tests require a CurrentThreadScheduler to be used, this was overriding that, causing intermittent test failures.
This version is compatible with Visual Studio 2019.

Change to use MSBuild.Sdk.Extras 2.0.0-preview.14. This version is compatible with Visual Studio 2019.
