While at it, we might want to use GNUInstallDirs for this so that CMAKE_INSTALL_INCLUDEDIR is respected, see https://github.com/jtojnar/cmake-snips#hardcoding-the-installation-paths.

I'm packaging
wireplumberfor NixOS (nixpkgs), and it uses this library. With this change,mesonis able to just discovercpptomlvia typicalpkg-configmechanisms. I'm going to carry this patch for now.Thanks!
