Test files were moved from __tests__ to __test__ directories and rewritten using Vitest and Testing Library. Old Jest-based test and snapshot files were removed. New tests cover context, defaults, schemas, types, utils, and React components for the typegpu-confetti package.

This PR sets up a Vitest testing environment for this package. It also includes test files for core React components and utility functions.
